Your project inquiry

As you fill out the form, your draft stays in your browser. When you choose “Send inquiry,” your name, email address, optional organization, chosen service and engagement, timing, challenge, and permission to respond are submitted to Kairo Theory and stored in its website database.

An on-screen receipt confirms that the record was saved. It does not mean an email was sent. The owner-only inbox is used to review and respond to inquiries. Archiving preserves a record; it does not delete it.

Purpose and access

We use inquiry information to understand your request, assess fit, and continue the conversation. The inbox and its read/update endpoints require the authorized owner account. Records are not displayed on public pages. Contact us if you want to discuss access, correction, or deletion of an inquiry.

Submission protection

The site checks required fields and permission to respond, limits request size, and uses a one-way hash of the request’s network address to limit repeated submissions. Raw network addresses are not saved in the inquiry record. The hosting provider may separately process technical request logs to operate and protect the site.

Email and clipboard

“Use my email app” passes your prepared text to your email application, where you choose whether to send it. Copying puts the brief on your clipboard. Email providers and browser autofill operate under their own settings and terms. Refreshing clears unsent contact details. If you arrived with an assessment preview, its challenge text can be restored from this tab as described below.

Assessment preview

The optional Services preview keeps your problem description, desired outcome, owner role, selected direction and editable brief in this browser tab. It can be restored for 30 minutes after your last edit. Clear preview or close the tab to remove it; an expired preview is removed when the site next tries to restore it. The text is not placed in the URL or sent to Kairo Theory until you submit an inquiry. Choosing "Use this brief in my inquiry" carries it locally into the challenge field. Other unsent contact details are not added to this preview storage.

Display preferences

When browser storage is available, the site remembers your Standard or 3D view and your animation preference on this device. Internal links can also include a view parameter so your choice works in embedded views where storage may be unavailable. These display preferences are not sent to an advertising or analytics service.

Tracking and payments

We have not configured advertising trackers or website analytics. This version does not operate a storefront checkout or collect payment details. Avoid including passwords, confidential client documents, or sensitive personal records in an initial inquiry.

Hosting and account access

The hosting platform supplies website storage, technical operation, and account access controls. The website is publicly accessible. Owner account information is handled by the platform.
