Introduction
Each item we offer is a signal — intentionally crafted, made to order, and imbued with meaning beyond mere material form. We honor the uniqueness of each creation and invite you to approach each piece with the same care and intentionality.
General Policy
Due to the nature of our print-on-demand and made-to-order process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind. Each item is produced specifically for you, echoing our commitment to thoughtful, purposeful design.
Damages & Defects
We encourage you to inspect your signal upon arrival. Should you receive an item that is defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at support@kairotheory.com within 30 days of delivery.
To assist us in resolving the matter, include:
Your order number.
A detailed description of the issue.
Clear photographs showing the defect or incorrect item.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
Buyer’s remorse or subjective dissatisfaction unrelated to a defect.
Incorrect selection of size, color, or design by the customer.
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Sale items and gift cards.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, regardless of reason. However, this applies only to unused items in their original condition, including tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Please note that this statutory right does not override our ability to refuse returns for personalized or custom items as permitted under EU law.
Refunds
Once we receive and evaluate your eligible return or claim for a defective item, we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your financial institution to finalize the refund.

Exchanges
To ensure clarity and simplicity, we do not process direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for your preferred item.
